18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All the subjects were aged between 18 and 65; 2. Gender is not limited; 3.Meet the diagnostic criteria in the "Primary Care Guidelines for Obesity"; 4.The patient's body mass index (BMI) is >=28kg/m ^2, and the waist circumference for males is >=85cm and for females is >=80cm.; 5.No health supplements or medicines for treating this disease have been taken in the past three months. 6.Patients who tolerate this research method; 7.Patients and their families understand the purpose of this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with underlying diseases such as cardiovascular system diseases and liver and kidney dysfunction; 2.Patients during lactation and pregnancy; 3.Patients with congenital glandular dysfunction; 4.Patients with mental disorders who are unable to communicate; 5.Those with contraindications to MRI scans.
