Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the corresponding indications for orthopedic surgery; 2.Expected duration of surgery under general anesthesia > 1 hour; 3.Age >= 60 years; 4.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of psychiatric disorders; 2.Allergy to ozone or sodium citrate; 3.History of substance abuse or long-term use of medications affecting cognitive function; 4.Inability to communicate effectively; 5.Refusal to participate in the study; 6.Deemed unsuitable for participation by the principal investigator.
