Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 75 years old, with hoarseness symptoms, disease course less than 6 months; 2. Vocal cord polyps located at the junction of the anterior and middle 1/3 of the vocal folds under laryngoscope, presenting as semitransparent small protuberances, diameter less than 1/4 of the length of the vocal folds; 3. Dynamic laryngoscope suggests vocal cord polyps =0.5 cm, non-surgical treatment candidates; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study, capable of operating smartphone APP software independently; 5. Sign informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intellectual impairment, cognitive disorders, or mental illnesses who cannot cooperate with SOVTE training or scale assessments.2. Patients with malignant tumors in the pharyngeal/laryngeal region.3. Patients with vocal cord polyps >0.5 cm, polyps exceeding 1/4 of the vocal cord length, or pedunculated polyps, as indicated by laryngoscopy.4. Patients and their families lacking access to mobile smart devices.
