Age
45 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male, age > 45 years; 2. Undergoing prostate biopsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. PI-RADS score of 2–3 or no PI-RADS score; 2. TPSA > 50; 3. fPSA > 100; 4. Age < 45; 5. After endocrine therapy; 6. After TUPR surgery.
