Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age >40 years old; 2. Those who meet the requirements for refractive correction must wear corrective lenses (subjective refraction meets any of the following conditions) : hyperopia >= 2.00D; Myopia =1.00D; Astigmatism >=1.25D The degree of corrective glasses should meet the following requirements: full correction for hyperopia or undercorrection for symmetry >=-1.50D. The full correction deviation of myopia equivalent spherical lenses and anisometropia is less than or equal to 0.75D. The full correction deviation of astigmatism is less than or equal to 0.75D (for those with a deviation of 1.00D, the axial deviation is less than or equal to +/-6°). 3. The best corrected distant visual acuity (BDVA) for either eye is greater than or equal to 20/25; 4. The best corrected near vision for either eye (under fully corrected far refractive errors) is less than or equal to 20/25, and near illumination is greater than 255 lux [3]; 5. Near addition >= 0.50D (determined by FCC and the positive and negative relative adjustment equilibrium method); 6. The convergence point (NPC, measured under fully corrected presbyopia) is <= 6cm; 7. Near-range cover test: 3? internal cover - 8? external cover; 8. Long-distance cover test: 2? internal cover - 4? external cover; 9. Positive fusion dispersion should comply with the Sheard criterion or the PFV rupture value should be greater than 15 ?; 10. The adjustment range shall not be less than 15-0.25 times age. 11. Random point stereoscopic view <=100 arcsec; 12. No history of using progressive multifocal lenses/prisms, and no history of home/outpatient visual training; 13. There is no history of visual dysfunction caused by confirmed concussion or traumatic brain injury.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known diseases affecting the eye movement system (multiple sclerosis, Graves' ophthalmopathy, myasthenia gravis, diabetes, Parkinson's disease, etc.); 2. Cognitive impairment that may affect the test; 3. Distant/near constant or intermittent strabismus or amblyopia; 4. There has been intraocular injury recently; 5. Ocular complications that may reduce vision; 6. The vertical hidden slope at a long distance/short distance is greater than 2?; 7. Overt or latent nystagmus
