Group LM-BB:One-lung ventilation using a laryngeal mask with bronchial blocker

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 6 months and <= 8 years; 2. ASA I or II; 3. Scheduled for elective thoracoscopic surgery; 4. Planned for one-lung ventilation under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anticipated difficult airway, airway malformation, or tumor invasion involving the airway (as assessed by chest X-ray or CT); 2. Upper respiratory tract infection within the preceding two weeks; 3. Patients not scheduled for extubation in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (e.g., those planned for transfer to the ICU with the airway device in place).

Hemodynamic changes (in heart rate and systolic blood pressure) following endotracheal intubation;Acoustic analysis of the cohort aged 6 months to 3 year;Parameters for intraoperative ventilation (including SpO?, maximum end-tidal CO? (ETCO????), peak airway pressure (pPeak), and arterial carbon dioxide tension (PaCO?) if ABG is analyzed);Success rate and time of artificial airway establishment, lung collapse score.;Postoperative pulmonary complications and time to chest tube removal.;
