Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 6 months and <= 8 years; 2. ASA I or II; 3. Scheduled for elective thoracoscopic surgery; 4. Planned for one-lung ventilation under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Anticipated difficult airway, airway malformation, or tumor invasion involving the airway (as assessed by chest X-ray or CT); 2. Upper respiratory tract infection within the preceding two weeks; 3. Patients not scheduled for extubation in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (e.g., those planned for transfer to the ICU with the airway device in place).
