Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke established at the 4th National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases and is confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 2.Duration of illness: 1–12 months; 3.Presence of spatial memory deficits on subjective reports or objective testing (Rey-Osterrieth Complex Figure Delayed Recall < 25th percentile or Virtual Maze Trailblazer score < 1.5 SD); 4.Age 25–70; 5.Vital signs stable, conscious and alert, highly compliant, able to cooperate with the study; 6.Tolerant to VR and GVS; 7.Good cardiopulmonary function, able to tolerate rehabilitation training; 8.Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe vestibular disorders, epilepsy, severe cognitive impairment (MMSE < 20); 2.malignant progressive hypertension; 3.malignant tumor; 4.History of mental illness.
