Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. INPH Group: Patients meeting the criteria outlined in the "Chinese Clinical Management Guidelines for Idiopathic Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus-2022" and corresponding international iNPH guidelines, assessed by a neurologist or neurosurgeon as clinically suspected cases. 2. Normal elderly group: (1) Age >=60 years; (2) Absence of the clinical triad of idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus, namely no progressive unexplained gait disturbance, cognitive impairment, or urinary incontinence; (3) Normal ventricular size on cranial MRI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with contraindications for MRI examinations, such as metallic implants in the body, contrast agent allergies, or claustrophobia; 2.Patients with poor image quality who are difficult to cooperate with.
