Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic lung tumor surgery at Guilin People's Hospital, with the following inclusion criteria: aged 35–65 years; body mass index (BMI) 20–28 kg/m²; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I–III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Bradycardia or arrhythmia; 3. Cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage or heart failure; 4. Preoperative diagnosis of sleep disorders, depression and anxiety; Patients with sleep disorder (preoperative Athens insomnia score (AIS) >=6); 5. Use of hypnotics before or after surgery; 6. Preoperative Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score >=7. 7. Coagulation disorders; 8. Conversion to open surgery; 9. Postoperative VAS score >=3 points; 10. Liver and kidney dysfunction;
