Perioperative Stress Response

Interventions

Low-Frequency Music Group (432Hz):Patients in this group will be exposed to music with a frequency of 432 Hz during the surgery.
Medium-FrequencyMusic Group (440Hz):Patients in this group will be exposed to music with a frequency of 440 Hz during the surgery.
High-Frequency Music Group (550Hz) :Patients in this group will be exposed to music with a frequency of 550 Hz during the surgery.
Control Group:Patients in this group will not be exposed to any music during the surgery ,serving as a control for the other three groups.

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>18 years old and<=65 years old ; 2.Scheduled to undergo orthopedic hip replacement surgery; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of I or II; 4.Body Mass Index (BMI) ranging from 18 to 35 kg/m^2 ; 5. Expected duration of surgery is more than 2 hours ; 6. Absence of hearing impairment to ensure normal perception of music ; 7.No history of psychiatric disorders ; 8. No professional musical background ; 9.Educational level of junior high school or above, and able to cooperate with data collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a self-reported allergy to music, to prevent potential adverse reactions from the musical intervention ; 2.Patients currently taking medications that may influence the stress response (e.g., sedatives, anxiolytics) ; 3.Patients with severe cardiac or pulmonary dysfunction ; 4. Patients with hormonal dysfunction or those who have recently received corticosteroid therapy.
