Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed with blepharocysts by a doctor; 2. Patients with blepharocysts that have failed conservative treatment ; 3. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with a history of allergy to any component of the drugs or tests scheduled for use in the study (e.g., tretinoin, dexamethasone, promethazine hydrochloride, fluorescein); 2. patients with coexisting ocular infections; 3. patients with suspected blepharoplasty tumors; 4. patients with a history of elevated intraocular pressure due to hormonal sensitization; 5. patients who, in the judgment of the investigator, are not suitable for entry into this study.
