18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. After clinical examination, the diagnosis is confirmed as end-stage kidney disease and chronic renal failure; 3. Clear consciousness, with basic reading and writing abilities; 4. The patient has been undergoing maintenance hemodialysis for >=3 months; 5. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having severe disabilities or significant psychological distress; 2. There are severe complications, such as heart failure, or severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular sequelae; 3. Individuals with extremely low self-care ability and severe dependence on others; 4. Individuals with mental illnesses.
