Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for DM patients must meet criteria 1, 2, 3, while inclusion criteria for healthy volunteers must meet criteria 1, 2. Healthy participants are patients who require skin surgery, including: mole removal, seborrheic keratosis removal, subcutaneous cyst removal, lipoma removal, and skin fibroma removal. 1 Age between 18 and 60 years old, no gender restrictions; 2 Patients voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form; 3 The diagnostic criteria for DM are based on the 1975 Bohan and Peter criteria for DM diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Current symptoms and signs suggest the presence of an infection; 2 Malignant tumors; 3 Known cases of HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or other immune diseases;
