18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Normal singleton pregnancy with umbilical cord entanglement; 2 Gestational age >= 28 weeks; 3 Meets diagnostic criteria for umbilical cord entanglement; 4 Ultrasound shows normal fetal development; 5 Undergoes fetal Doppler ultrasound and fetal echocardiography; 6 Informed consent obtained from the mother and family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Fetal complex cardiac structural malformations; 2 Fetal severe arrhythmia; 3 Fetal chronic cardiac, hepatic, or renal disease; 4 Placenta previa; 5 Severe pregnancy complications; 6 Premature rupture of membranes; 7 Failure to cooperate with relevant interventions; ? Incomplete data.
