Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-80 years old. (2) Diagnosed with HTG-AP (extremely severe hypertriglyceridemia-induced acute pancreatitis).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) VTE (Padua score) >= 4 points; (2) Coexisting malignant tumor; (3) Previous pancreatic surgery; (4) History of previous digestive tract diseases; (5) Coexisting other major diseases such as heart, liver, lung and kidney; (6) Pregnancy or lactation period; (7) Mental illness that cannot cooperate.
