Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Be aged 18 years or older, regardless of gender; 3. The subject must be willing and able to comply with all requirements stipulated in the study protocol;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of conditions likely to interfere with study procedures and compliance (based on physician assessment) 2. Suspected focal infection 3. Other existing medical conditions that may impede adherence to the study's evaluation protocols or interfere with the assessment of efficacy or safety (e.g., current malignancy, unstable angina, myocardial infarction or heart failure, uncontrolled epileptic seizures, severe psychiatric disorders, active tuberculosis undergoing treatment); 4. Age under 18 years; 5. Patients deemed unsuitable for participation in this trial by the investigator's judgement.
