Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants must meet the following conditions simultaneously: 1. Students are in grades four and five of elementary school, and grades one and two of junior high school. 2. Students Currently have enrolled and attending the selected school, with no expectation of graduation, transfer, or long-term absence during the research follow-up period (approximately 1 year). 3. Students are able to understand and complete scales and related survey content, possessing the basic cognition and capabilities required to conduct assessments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any of the following will be excluded: 1. There are serious chronic diseases, major organic diseases, or health problems that affect daily learning activities. 2. It is known that there will be a transfer, long-term absence, or inability to continue participating during the follow-up period of the study. 3. Prior to enrollment or during follow-up, the student has participated or plan to participate in systematic health education or behavioral intervention projects similar to the content of this study. 4. There are obvious cognitive, language, or behavioral disorders, and even with assistance, the scale or physical assessment cannot be completed.
