Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Newly diagnosed PCNSL, confirmed by histopathology, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) flow cytometry, or CSF cytology. 2.Age > 18 years. 3.Absence of severe physical or mental illnesses.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.HIV-positive status or secondary CNS lymphoma. 2.Prior radiotherapy or targeted therapy received before baseline. 3.Failure of the sample provider to sign the informed consent form. 4.The research participant has previously participated in 2 or more clinical studies. 5.Presence of risk for iatrogenic brain herniation, including clinical manifestations of significantly elevated intracranial pressure or imaging findings suggestive of posterior fossa lesions.
