Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Between 18 and 55 years old; 2. Have mild to moderate depressive symptoms (PHQ-9 score between 5 and 20); 3. There is no clinical diagnosis, only depression; 4. Be able to use smartphones skillfully and stably; 5. Read and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. It has been assessed that there is a significant risk of suicide; 2. Organic lesions of the brain; 3. At the same time, he suffers from eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder and other psychotic symptoms; 4. Participate in other forms of psychotherapy within 2 weeks before the start of the experiment, including individual psychological counseling, group psychological counseling and other online psychological intervention projects.
