Resident level doctor group:Ordinary sutures were used for 5 consecutive T-tube fixations, and then the subjects needed to wear a knotting dynamometer on their right hand, and us

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old. 2. Participated in robotic surgery. 3. An active registered clinical surgeon who is an attending/resident level physician. 4. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgeons who are not guaranteed to have sufficient time to complete this study. 2. Vulnerable groups other than the researchers or employees of the research unit, including people with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant women, etc.

Knotting force when the attending level physician subjects used ordinary sutures for fixation of the T-tube;Resident-level physician subjects used ordinary sutures and mechanical visual sutures to fix the knotting force during T-tube operation;Under open surgery, ordinary sutures and mechanical visual sutures were used to detect leakage at the fixed position of the common bile duct T tube;Under robotic surgery, ordinary sutures and mechanical visualization sutures were used to detect leakage at the fixed position of the common bile duct T tube;Under laparoscopic surgery, ordinary sutures and mechanical visual sutures were used to detect leakage at the fixed position of the common bile duct T tube;
