Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade II; 2.BMI18-30 kg/m^2; 3.Age: 20 - 45 years old; 4.No contraindications to intraspinal anesthesia; 5.Normal cough reflex function;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who refuse to participate in clinical trials; 2.Patients with severe concurrent internal and surgical diseases; 3.People with speech communication disorders, cognitive impairments and mental illnesses; 4.People with gastrointestinal dysfunction; 5.Diabetic patients;

The time of the first postoperative flatus;The VAS thirst scores at each time point for the two groups;

Gastric volume (GV) and Perlas grade at each time point;The incidence of adverse events such as postoperative reflux aspiration, nausea and vomiting;Comfort status scale (GCQ) scores at 30 minutes, 1 hour, and 6 hours postoperatively;
