Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis meets the criteria for foot and ankle fractures as defined in the fourth edition of Practical Orthopaedics; 2. Age = 18 years; 3. Intended surgical treatment; 4. Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Open fractures, lower limb nerve injuries, suspected pathological fractures; 2. Concurrent fractures or trauma to other sites; 3. Patients with cardiac arrhythmia or implanted cardiac pacemakers; 4. Local skin abnormalities at treatment points, such as ulceration, gangrene, dermatitis, etc.; 5. Concurrent internal medical conditions causing lower limb oedema that impedes clinical observation; 6. Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
