Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part I 1. Recipients of their first allogeneic kidney transplant, including living donor or deceased donor recipients 2. Age >=18 years; 3. End-to-side anastomosis of the renal artery to the external iliac artery or internal iliac artery; 4. Within 7 days postoperatively; Part II 1. Recipients of their first allogeneic kidney transplant, including living donor or deceased donor recipients 2. Age>=18 years; 3. End-to-side anastomosis of the donor renal artery to the external iliac artery or internal iliac artery; 4. Within 3 days postoperatively; Part III 1. Recipients undergoing their first allogeneic kidney transplant, including living donor or deceased donor recipients 2. Age >=18 years; 3. End-to-side anastomosis between the donor renal artery and the external iliac artery or internal iliac artery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part I 1. Patients with delayed graft function (DGF); 2. Recipients of combined multi-organ transplantation, two or more kidney transplants, or bilateral kidney transplantation (primarily pediatric kidney donors); 3. History of malignant neoplasms; 4. Severe failure of other organs (e.g., heart, liver, lungs); 5. Contraindications related to contrast agents; 6. Lactation or pregnancy; 7. Distance between the lower pole of the transplanted kidney and the skin > 2 cm; 8. Hydronephrosis of the transplanted kidney >= 2 cm, or significant perinephric effusion with deepest measurement >= 2 cm, including complications such as urinary tract obstruction, urinary cystadenoma (urinary leakage, within the first 2 weeks postoperatively), lymphatic cystadenoma (4–8 weeks postoperatively), or perinephric infection; 9. Patients unable to cooperate, unsatisfactory imaging acquisition, or missing clinical data. Part II 1. Multi-organ combined transplantation; 2. Two or more kidney transplants, bilateral kidney transplantation (primarily in pediatric recipients); 3. History of malignant tumors; 4. Severe failure of other organs (e.g., heart, liver, lungs); 5. Contraindications related to contrast agents for ultrasound; 6. Lactation or pregnancy; 7. Caused by complications including transplanted renal artery stenosis, transplanted renal arteriovenous thrombosis, transplanted renal hydronephrosis >=2cm, significant perirenal effusion, deepest effusion >=2cm, urinary tract obstruction, urinary cyst (urine leakage, within 2 weeks post-op), lymphatic cyst (4-8 weeks post-op), perirenal infection, etc. 8. Non-compliant patients, unsatisfactory imaging acquisition, or missing clinical data. Part III 1. Multi-organ combined transplantation; 2. Two or more kidney transplants, bilateral kidney transplantation (primarily in pediatric recipients); 3. History of malignant tumors; 4. Severe failure of other organs (e.g., heart, liver, lungs); 5. Contraindications related to contrast agents; 6. Lactation or pregnancy; 7. Transplanted renal artery stenosis, transplanted renal arteriovenous thrombosis; Transplanted kidney hydronephrosis >=2 cm, perirenal effusion moderate to massive (maximum depth >=2 cm), including urinary tract obstruction, urinary cystadenoma (urinary leakage, within 2 weeks postoperatively), perilymphatic complications; lymphatic cysts (4–8 weeks postoperatively), perirenal infection, or other complications; 8. Non-compliant patients, unsatisfactory imaging acquisition, or missing clinical data. 9. Abnormal graft function without renal biopsy. Abnormal graft function without renal biopsy.
