Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy who have consented to the study and have pathological data support, regardless of age or gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have received tumor radiotherapy within the past 3 months. 2.Patients who have used antibiotics or corticosteroids within 4 weeks prior to radiotherapy. 3.Patients who failed to complete radiotherapy due to concurrent illnesses that could significantly affect clinical assessment or necessitate treatment interruption.
