Patients with liver cancer combined with liver cirrhosis in the group using dexmedetomidine during surgery:None
Patients with liver cancer without cirrhosis who received dexmedetomidine during surgery:None
Liver cancer with cirrhosis and no use of dexmedetomidine during surgery group:None
Liver cancer without cirrhosis and with no intraoperative use of dexmedetomidine group:None

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically diagnosed as hepatocellular carcinoma. 2. Aged between 18 and 65 years. 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of I - III. 4. Underwent radical resection of hepatocellular carcinoma. 5. Had complete preoperative clinical data and follow-up information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Metastatic liver cancer. 2. Surgical approach was palliative resection or liver transplantation. 3. Follow-up duration of less than 6 months.
