Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with preoperative CT or MRI suggesting pancreatic head or periampullary diseases who are eligible for laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy (with or without pylorus preservation); 2) Age over 18 years and not exceeding 85 years; 3) Able to comply with the research plan and other protocol requirements; 4) Voluntarily agree to participate as a subject and provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with preoperative examinations indicating significant surgical contraindications; 2) Patients and/or their legal representatives explicitly refuse surgery or refuse a specific minimally invasive surgical approach; 3) Patients requiring concurrent resection of other solid or hollow organs (excluding portal vein-superior mesenteric vein resection and reconstruction); 4) Patients with a history of prior gastrectomy or other surgeries involving gastrectomy; 5) Patients with direct invasion of the pylorus or stomach, patients with positive peripyloric lymph nodes, or patients with other conditions necessitating pyloric resection; 6) Patients otherwise deemed unsuitable candidates for laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy.
