Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ADHD+ED Group:1Aged 18-45 years. 2Right-handed. 3Meets the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for adult ADHD.4Total score on the Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS) = 48. HC Group: 1Aged 18-45 years. 2Right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ADHD+ED & ADHD-ED Groups:1Meets diagnostic criteria for any statutory severe mental disorder, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder,delusional disorder, bipolar disorder, mental disorders due to epilepsy, or mental disorders associated with intellectual disability. 2IQ <= 90. 3Any somatic disease that may cause psychiatric symptoms. 4History of neurological diseases such as stroke, cerebral hemorrhage, or head trauma resulting in loss of consciousness.5Conditions unsuitable for MRI scanning (e.g., claustrophobia, pregnancy, presence of metallic implants). ?6Any other circumstances where, in the investigator's assessment, the participant is unable to understand or cooperate with the study procedures.
