Group A:Oral treatment first, then ESS operation.
Group B:ESS treatment first, then stomatology treatment.
Group C:Simultaneous stomatological treatment and ESS operation.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients need to be diagnosed with odontogenic sinusitis (OS), and those who need to be intervened by stomatologists and rhinologists. 2. Patients with odontogenic sinusitis showed that the ostiomeatal complex of the affected sinus was occluded by CT, but it was ineffective after two months of conservative treatment (such as antibiotics and glucocorticoids) (symptoms did not improve well, purulent secretions were seen under nasal endoscope, and CT showed maxillary sinusitis, etc.). 3. There are definite pulp or periapical lesions, and conservative treatment is ineffective, so root canal therapy or tooth extraction is needed. 4. Age >=18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who get better after dental treatment and don't need ESS operation; 2. Patients who got better after ESS operation and did not need dental treatment; 3. Patients with tumor; 4. those with missing medical records; 5. Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases who cannot tolerate general anesthesia.
