Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy subjects without chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, severe heart disease and severe systemic organic diseases; 2.Subjects whose general condition can tolerate examination and require a certain amount of exercise; 3.Healthy people with clear refractive interstitium, no cataracts, no age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and other fundus vascular lesions, and no history of fundus surgery; 4.Subjects who agree and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe systemic lesions that cannot tolerate examination and exercise; 2.Subjects with fundus vascular lesions and severe eye diseases; 3.Subjects with a history of posterior segment surgery; 4.Those who have a cold or other infection in the past 2 weeks;
