Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary lung adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathology after surgical resection; 2. Available pathology reports (including STAS, main pathological subtype, assessment of perineural, pleural, and lymphatic invasion); 3. Available clinical data, including age, gender, smoking history, and type of lung resection; 4. Tumors classified as T1 or T2 stage according to the 8th edition tumor-node-metastasis (TNM) staging system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous lung surgery; 2. Previous radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 3. Metastatic lung adenocarcinoma; 4. Specific variants of adenocarcinoma; 5. Thin-slice CT not performed before treatment; 6. Tumors classified as stage T3 or T4.
