6 Years to 11 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 6–11 years; (2) Cycloplegic spherical equivalent (SE) of both eyes between –3.0 and +1.0 diopters; (3) Cylinder: astigmatism = 2.5 diopters; (4) Both the patient and their guardian signed informed consent and agreed to a one-year follow-up and re-examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previously or at baseline receiving myopia interventions such as atropine, orthokeratology lenses, or defocus lenses; (2) Presence of ocular organic lesions affecting vision, or other ocular conditions such as strabismus or amblyopia; (3) Poor follow-up compliance or incomplete data.
