55 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 55 to 75 years old, with large vessel occlusion (internal carotid artery, middle cerebral artery M1, anterior cerebral artery A1, basilar artery, posterior cerebral artery P1), within 24 hours of onset, the ischemic penumbra was quantitatively evaluated with Tmax>6s and rCBF1.8, infarcted core15ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hemorrhagic stroke, tumor, infection, autoimmune disease.
