Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >=18 years and <=75 years; 2. Confirmed diagnosis of HCC and scheduled to undergo surgery under general anesthesia; 3. BMI: 18+/-30 kg/m^2; 4. No severe dysfunction of vital organs (heart, kidney, brain), no severe infection or bleeding tendency; 5. Voluntarily participating in the trial, having signed the informed consent form, and understanding the purpose, methods, potential risks, and benefits of the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Simultaneously participating in other clinical studies; being pregnant or lactating; having cognitive impairment, aphasia, psychiatric abnormalities, or other communication disorders; having severe cardiovascular, diabetic, central nervous system, or psychiatric diseases; having preoperative gastrointestinal motility disorders, severe gastrointestinal diseases, or a history of POGD; having fear of or allergy to acupuncture; using antibiotics within 7 days before surgery (perioperative period); 2. Surgical incisions, scars, or infections at the L14/PC6/ST36/ST37 acupoints, or upper/lower limb nerve injuries; 3. History of opioid use; 4. Postoperative need for ICU treatment.
