Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) confirmed by clinical pathology; 2. Radical surgical resection of pancreatic cancer; 3. Complete AiCE-based low-dose enhanced CT scan before neoadjuvant therapy; 4. AiCE-based low-dose enhanced CT scan was completed within one week before surgery after neoadjuvant treatment; 5. PNI pathological analysis was completed by biopsy specimens before neoadjuvant treatment; 6. Detect tumor markers such as carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), carboembryonic antigen 19-9 within 1 week before the operation; 7. Age >=18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to enhancing CT examinations; 2. Those who have mental illness or other reasons cannot cooperate with the examination; 3. The CT image quality is poor, and there are serious artifacts, etc.; 4. Refusal to surgically remove the tumor; 5. The pathological type is not PDAC, such as neuroendocrine tumors, etc. 6. Neoadjuvant chemoradiation or other drug-based treatments for tumors were performed before the examination.
