Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Old patients who underwent transurethral resection of the prostate at the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from March 2025 to December 2025; 2.Male, age 65-80 years; 3.ASA grade I-III(I grade: good physical health, good development and nutrition, normal function of organs; II grade: except for surgical diseases Outside the disease, there are mild comorbidities and functional compensation is sound; Grade III: severe comorbidities, limited physical activity, but still able to cope Daily activities. Perioperative mortality rate: 1.82%-4.30%; IV grade: severe comorbidities, loss of daily activity ability, frequent Life-threatening; Grade V: patients in critical condition who are unlikely to survive 24 hours regardless of surgery; Grade VI: confirmed as Brain death, the organs are intended for organ transplant surgery); 4.Voluntary signing of informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications for butorphanol tartrate; 2.Contraindications for sufentanil citrate; 3.Poor cognitive function (the tendency to develop dementia is assessed by the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score); 4.Those with severe visual and auditory impairment or communication impairment that prevents verbal communication; 5.Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
