Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Clinical history of cerebrovascular disease; (2) Brain hemorrhage or ischemic disease is suspected after examination by cranial CT, MR, B-ultrasound, etc., and further understanding of cerebrovascular condition is required; (3) Observe the blood supply of space-occupying lesions and the relationship with adjacent blood vessels and the characterization of certain tumors; (4) TRA patients need to pass the Allen test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Refusal of cerebral angiography; (2) Serious abnormalities in the functions of important organs such as heart, lung and kidney, allergies to contrast media and anesthetics, and awake patients unable to cooperate with the operation; (3) severe stenosis and occlusion of upper limb artery and subclavian artery in TRA patients, and severe stenosis and occlusion of femoral, iliac and aortic artery in TFA patients; (4) Those with severe bleeding tendency.
