Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke in the Chinese Guidelines for the Management of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018, confirmed by CT or MRI as having a unilateral cerebral hemisphere lesion; 2. Disease duration =24.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of epilepsy; 2. Severe diseases of major organs such as heart, lungs, liver, or kidneys; 3. Presence of a cardiac pacemaker, intracranial metal implants, or cranial defects; 4. Concurrent diseases affecting lower limb function, such as fractures or soft tissue injuries; 5. Poor compliance or cooperation, inability to tolerate rTMS, balance training, or rehabilitation exercises.
