40 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age > 40 years old, able to complete the COPD questionnaire and mMRC questionnaire independently or with the help of family members/companions. 2) Meets the definition of COPD in the 2023 Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (GOLD) guidelines, i.e., FEV1/FVC< 0.7 after inhaled bronchodilators. 3) Comply with the definition description of acute exacerbation in the latest version of the GOLD guidelines in 2023, and cough, sputum production, and worsening of dyspnea within 5 days of onset, i.e., within the past 5 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, CTD-ILD and other interstitial lung diseases; 2) After preliminary clinical evaluation and examination, it is determined that the worsening of symptoms is mainly caused by other acute conditions such as pneumonia, pulmonary embolism, pneumothorax, and cardiac insufficiency; 3) Mental abnormality that prevents completion of the study.
