Observation group (classified according to pathological examination results into benign group, adenocarcinoma in situ group, minimally invasive group, and invasive group

analysis of changes in immune cells, cytokines, lung cancer biomarkers, and hematological parameters within each group).:None

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. CT clearly diagnoses pulmonary nodules, showing the size, location, and density of the nodules. 2. The size of the pulmonary nodule is <=3 cm. 3. The patient has undergone surgical treatment. 4. There is a definitive pathological diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent other malignancies or metastatic tumors; 2. Pre-existing immune system disorders; 3. Incomplete clinical data; 4. Non-adenocarcinoma histology.
