Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-45 years old, gender not limited; 2. No underlying diseases; 3. The mandibular third molars are partially impacted (partially covered by the gums or bone tissue); 4. The depth of bone defect in the distal middle of the mandibular second molar measured by CBCT before the operation was greater than 4mm;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are pulp lesions and/or insufficient pulp treatment in adjacent mandibular second molars, or tooth splitting, or the degree of loosening is grade 3, or the prognosis is poor in the comprehensive clinical and imaging evaluation; 2. Metal crowns or silver-mercury alloy restorations on adjacent mandibular second molars can interfere with imaging evaluations; 3. The patient has a history of uncontrolled diabetes, blood disorders, alcohol abuse, drug abuse or heavy smoking. Pregnant women or those undergoing orthodontic treatment; Acute inflammatory period or any other surgical contraindications;
