Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18-80 years, with typical heartburn and reflux symptoms, duration >3 months; 2. No use of PPIs, acid-suppressing drugs, or other anti-reflux medications in the past 2 weeks; 3. No history of upper gastrointestinal surgery; endoscopy shows no space-occupying lesions in the esophagus or stomach; 4. Diagnosis of GERD based on symptom scoring with the RDQ scale for gastroesophageal reflux (score >=12).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Has a history of drug abuse or drug use; 2.Has participated in a clinical trial within the past 12 weeks or is currently participating in one; 3.Refuses to sign the informed consent form; 4.Cannot tolerate gastroscopy.
