Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Current PIVAS staff member (Pharmacists, nurses, and other personnel directly involved in drug preparation); 2. Length of employment >= 12 months; 3. Age between 18 to 65; 4. Voluntarily participated and provided signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Staff not in direct drug preparation roles (Management, cleaning, etc.); 2. Temporary personnel (e.g., interns, visiting scholars) (<6 months); 3. Diagnosed with a severe mental disorder (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.); 4. Missing data: Participants with missing values for key variables (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7, or PSQI scores).
