Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years and <= 75 years; 2. cardiac surgery (coronary artery bypass grafting, heart valve replacement/repair, pericardiectomy, etc.) performed under open chest and extracorporeal circulation; 3. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign an informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe mental illness or cognitive impairment; 2. Concurrent severe organ failure, such as renal failure, hepatic failure, or cerebrovascular accident; 3. Emergency surgery; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Severe osteoarthritis; 6. Severe pulmonary disease, such as emphysema or lung cancer;
