Conditions

Bullous Pemphigoid

Interventions

Gold Standard:1) Clinical manifestations: Tense blisters appear on the skin, and these blisters are usually accompanied by severe pruritus. 2) Histopathology: There is separation between the epidermal
Index test:Does the indirect immunofluorescence assay using foreskin tissue split by 0.2% collagenase type IV have higher positive rate and specificity than the traditional salt-split skin assay?

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with BP (1) meet the diagnostic criteria for bullous pemphigoid; (2) The remaining serum samples after routine clinical diagnosis and treatment were retained in the department of dermatology. Standard reference for bullous pemphigoid: J Drugs Dermatol. 2006;5(6):562-564. 1) Clinical presentation: tense blisters appear on the skin, usually accompanied by severe itching. 2) Histopathology: there is a separation between the epidermis and dermis of the skin, forming blisters. The vesicles usually contain a large number of eosinophils. 3) Direct immunofluorescence: deposition of IgG and complement components in the basement membrane region. Patients with other diseases other than BP were eligible According to the standard reference of bullous pemphigoid, other patients without BP diagnosed were eligible for inclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients with BP Concomitant atopic dermatitis and/or psoriatic active skin diseases; Exclusion criteria for patients with other diseases other than BP The confirmed diseases were non-communicable diseases.
