Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic Criteria: Upon admission, laboratory testing confirms elevated serum/plasma cardiac troponin I (cTnI or cTnT) levels, exceeding the upper limit of the normal reference range (typically > 99%). 2. Age Range: Age > 18 years. 3. Subjects understand and accept the procedures and limitations of this study, and the subject or their legal representative signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Subjects with severe underlying medical conditions, including: malignant tumors, hematological diseases, poisoning, severe malnutrition, HIV/AIDS, active tuberculosis, and autoimmune diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus). 3. Patients with severe acute coronary syndrome (AMI, UA), cardiogenic shock, severe chronic heart failure (such as NYHA class IV), or severe valvular heart disease, and whose expected survival is less than 48 hours; 4. Patients currently participating in clinical trials for other drugs; 5. Patients with other factors deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigators.
