Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the indications for lung transplantation; 2. Clinical conditions with stable hemodynamics or requiring minimal ventilation support; 3. Aged between 18 and 75 years old; 4. Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Detection of complete diaphragmatic paralysis; 2. Progressive neuromuscular disease or spinal cord injury; 3. Lack of cooperation or collaboration, or unalertness (Glasgow Coma Scale 10 cmH2O, fraction of inspired oxygen (FiO2) > 0.60, nitric oxide, inhaled prostacyclin, high-frequency oscillation)); 5. Clinical conditions affecting patient rehabilitation (arrhythmia, acute sepsis); 6. When the medical team and/or physical therapy consider that there may be risks; 7. Patients undergoing lung retransplantation; 8. When the patient is receiving palliative care.
