Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meets the diagnostic criteria for acute leukemia in the 'Diagnosis and Therapeutic Efficacy Standards of Hematological Diseases (4th Edition)'; (1) Age >= 18 years old; (2) Peripheral blood monitoring shows absolute neutrophil count < 1.0×10^9/L; (3) The patient and their family have been informed about the content of this study and have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with perianal infection present before admission or before the absolute neutrophil count in peripheral blood is <1.0*10^9/L; (2) Patients who have undergone surgery for perianal abscess or anal fistula; (3) Patients with concomitant mental illness.
