Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women who are aged 20-40 with infertility and have fertility requirements; 2. PCOS patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of "Rotterdam" (including and needing to at least satisfy the following two characteristics: (1). ovulation disorder or irregular menstruation; (2). clinical and/or biochemical hyperandrogenemia; (3). polycystic ovarian changes); 3. Married couples with normal sexual life and normal semen quality of the male partner; 4. At least one of the fallopian tubes is unobstructed; 5. With complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other diseases causing hyperandrogenemia; 2. Individuals with severe immune system disorders; 3. One of the male or female has an acute infection or sexually transmitted disease in the reproductive and urinary system; 4. One of the male or female has a genetic disorder, a serious physical illness, or a mental and psychological disorder; 5. One of the male or female has been exposed to teratogenic doses of radiation, toxins, or drugs and is within the active period; 6. Incomplete medical history information.
