Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects must meet all? of the following criteria: (1) Outpatient CBC samples with a platelet count <100×10^9/L (as measured by a Sysmex XN series analyzer). (2) Data completeness: availability of FCS files and well-documented smear review results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects will be excluded if they meet any? of the following criteria: (1) Lack of reflex testing using the PLT-F channel. (2) Absence of gold standard verification.
