Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Select patients with hand injuries ; 2.no gender limitation; 3.aged between 18 and 65 years; 4.BMI 18 to 30 kg/m^2; 5.ASA grade I or II; 6.The surgical area involves the areas innervated by the radial nerve, the median nerve and/or the ulnar nerve;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined peripheral neuropathy; 2. Infection at the puncture site; 3. Abnormal coagulation function; 4. Combined forearm or upper arm trauma, combined with injuries in other parts of the body; 5. Local anesthetic allergy
